No Parking is a team-based relay race that combines running, rowing, cycling, and team challenges.
Only one teammate runs at a time while teammates perform bodyweight challenges. Every racer must complete:
Once both are completed, the racer tags the next teammate in.
Just show up in your running gear and bring your race-day energy. We've got everything else covered: equipment, timing chips, hydration, great music, recovery, and plenty of fun.
You can race in teams of 2 or 4.

No — it’s a relay format.
While one teammate is racing, the others take part in on-the-spot exercises like push-ups, Sit-ups, Mountain climbers and Burpees.
These challenges determine the intensity or distance at the runner’s next rowing or cycling station.
Teams must have at least 2 members to participate. You can add teammate up to 5 days before race day by updating your team details.
The team that completes all runs and workout stations in the fastest total time wins. Every leg of the race is tracked to ensure accurate timings.
Absolutely. Teams can be mixed - men, women, or co-ed. It’s all about teamwork, not labels.
Stick around for the music, award ceremonies, and madness. We'll have live DJ sets, leaderboards, brand zones, and a buzzing arena energy. It's not just about finishing, it's about being part of something electric. ⚡
While one teammate is actively racing, the remaining teammates take part in bodyweight challenges like push-ups, Sit-ups, Mountain climbers and Burpees. The team’s performance in these challenges determines the difficulty level for the active racer’s rowing or cycling station.
The fastest team to complete all relay legs and stations wins.
